The Domaine was born in 2007, it is the result of the meeting of a couple of wine enthusiasts, working for wine estates in Burgundy and Champagne, who also wanted to create and imagine wines that they would love and that those around them would also love.
Why are your wines different?
Because we are determined to produce the best possible grapes, the healthiest and most expressive of their terroir. Each vintage has its own distinctive character; it is identifiable, its origin and its omnipresent minerality are recognizable. Its respectful aging allows us to produce terroir wines, wines for aging, and above all, expressive and concentrated wines.
What do you like best about your job and do you regret creating the Domaine?
What drives us is to build strong bonds with our individual customers; we have learned so much from them over the years, in terms of wine culture, recipe exchanges and friendships.
We do not regret our choice to create the Estate, we always have a lot of pleasure from the harvest to the presentation of new vintages.
