THE WINE OF JOYFUL PILGRIMS
A full-bodied and elegant wine, with a beautiful structure in the mouth, we find aromas of white flowers, acacia, slightly buttery.
A brilliant yellow color with golden highlights. It pairs perfectly with a myriad of raw seafood dishes, oily fish and a wide variety of white meats.
Its natural freshness makes it a perfect companion to a wide variety of cheeses. Its name, Croix Saint Denis, is a nod to the pilgrims on their way to Santiago de Compostela who pass by these old vines every year.
