Description
BURGUNDY RATAFIA
Fortified wine, a blend of fresh Chardonnay and fine Burgundy juices at harvest time, then aged in stainless steel vats for 9 months.
A nose with aromas of candied fruit and pear, a very fragrant palate of fresh and candied grapes, with aromas of prunes.
Ideal as an aperitif, digestif, goes well with foie gras, melon, or a chocolate dessert.
